Exercise is helpful in reducing extra weight and preventing diseases caused by it. Although exercise of all ages is important, it is very important to be physically active after 50. This keeps you fit both physically and mentally. You can also make yoga, walking, cycling a part of your life.

Keep the Weight Under Control

If you are overweight, then after an age you will have many types of diseases. Increases the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, gallstones, breathing problems and cancer etc. Therefore, everyone should try their best to control their weight at this age.

Take Care of Your Diet

Whatever we eat has a direct effect on both health and beauty. That is, it appears on your face, which makes you look older. Lack of nutrients in the body comes in front of us in the form of diseases when we age.
