What is the Usual Dosage for Chocolate?

  • For Heart Disease: 13.5-80 grams of chocolate can be taken daily as a single dose. or 1-3 times a day for more than two to 26 weeks.
  • For Cirrhosis: 200 mL per kg of dark chocolate with 200 mL of test food can be taken as a single dose.
  • For High Blood Sugar: 100 grams of orally daily can be taken as a chocolate bar or cocoa drink for five days to 18 weeks.
