Steps to do Raised Hands Pose

  • Step 1 – First of all, lay a mat on flat ground and stand straight on it.
  • Step 2 – Do not keep distance between both the legs and keep the spine and neck straight
  • Step 3 – Keeping both the arms straight, move them from the front to the top simultaneously
  • Step 4 – Join the hands and keep the back, neck, and hands together
  • Step 5 – During this, while keeping the neck straight, move the head upwards and look towards the hands.
