Like watermelon, melon, cucumber, etc, there are some fruits whose seeds can be harmful to health. Yes, the seeds of some fruits including apples, and plums can be harmful to the body. In such a situation, eating their seeds should be completely avoided.

1. Apple

Apple is one of the most nutritious fruits. But apple seeds are very harmful to health. Apple seeds contain cyanide, which is harmful to health. Therefore, apple seeds should never be eaten. If you constantly eat some seeds, which can be fatal. Take out the seeds of the apple thoroughly, only after that chew it well and eat it.

Consuming apple seeds can cause dizziness, headache, abdominal pain, vomiting, and weakness. It is said that eating the seeds of 200 apples can produce poison in the body. So don’t forget to eat apple seeds. 

2. Peach and Plum

Do not forget to make peach and plum seeds a part of your diet. You can eat peaches and plums in any season. But its seeds should not be eaten at all. Its seeds can cause many side effects in the body. This can harm health.

3. Cherry

Like apples, cherry seeds can also be injurious to health. These seeds contain a substance called amygdalin, which breaks down into hydrogen cyanide when the seeds are swallowed. This hydrogen cyanide is not good for humans. 

This can cause much harm to their health. Eating cherry seeds in large quantities can cause poisoning in the body. So you just eat cherries and throw away their seeds.

4. Apricots

Apricot i.e. apricot seeds should also not be eaten at all. Like apple seeds, apricot seeds can also harm health. You can consume apricots, as it is quite tasty and full of nutrients. Apricot seeds are in the shape of kernels, they should not be consumed even by mistake. 

The seeds of fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, and cucumber are rich in nutrients and are beneficial for health. But the seeds of apples, cherries, apricots, and plums are harmful to health. Eating the seeds of these fruits can cause harm to health. Eating these fruits in large quantities can lead to poisoning in the body.
