asthma is a respiratory disease associated with the lungs. In asthma, sometimes it becomes difficult for us to breathe. The patients of this disease feel very suffocated and very upset.
There can be different reasons for an asthma attack, such as the weather, the area around you, irritants, etc. Due to this, Kapha dosha increases in the stomach. 1. Ginger and Garlic Buds
Ginger is put at the fore when it comes to dealing with inflammation. If two or three cloves of garlic are mixed with half a cup of ginger tea, it can become a very effective remedy in releasing the accumulated Kapha in the airways. This can prevent asthma attacks. You can consume it daily also.
2. Ginger and Turmeric Powder
If you want to prepare a remedy in a hurry, then you can also make a tea by mixing ginger and turmeric and drinking it hot. First of all, grate some ginger and boil it with a glass of water. Now add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder to it. If it is drunk twice a day, then this Ayurvedic remedy can greatly reduce the number of asthma attacks.
3. Cinnamon and Honey
Mix one-fourth piece of cinnamon in a teaspoon of cinnamon and keep both of them to boil with a cup of water. Now leave it for 10 minutes to cool down a bit and after that add honey. Do not add more than a teaspoon of honey. This remedy can be consumed once daily. You can also drink it twice to get more benefits.
4. Licorice and Ginger
Licorice, also known as licorice, has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation. Asthma is also caused due to inflammation. You can make tea and drink it. Take half a teaspoon of licorice and boil half a teaspoon of ginger in a cup of water. After some time filter it and drink it. This will reduce your asthma symptoms.
5. Bay leaves
Mix half a teaspoon of bay leaves with a quarter teaspoon of pippali. You can also add a little honey to it to remove its bitterness. After this, it can be consumed three to four times a day. By consuming it, one can get relief from very old and frequently seen symptoms of asthma.
