Steps to do Inverted Lotus Pose

- Step 1 – First of all, lay a mat on flat ground and lie on your back on it.
- Step 2 – Now take a deep breath and start lifting the legs and come in Halasana posture
- Step 3 – Now keep the elbows of both the hands on the ground and hold the waist with the hand.
- Step 4 – Keeping the balance, move the hips as high as possible and then support with the hands
- Step 5 – Now straighten the legs upwards and bend both the legs (like it is done in Padmasana)
