How to Store Ginger
Ginger is used in the kitchen of every household. It is very beneficial not only for taste but also for health.
Many times we buy ginger in large quantities and store it in the fridge, but this is not the right way, so let's know the right ways to store it.

TAKE DRY GINGER
If you want to store ginger for a long time, then remove all the air in a zip lock bag without peeling it and keep it in the fridge.
KEEP IN ZIP LOCK BAG
Ginger can be peeled and kept in a zip lock, but in this way ginger cannot stay fresh for more than 7-8 days.
If you want to keep ginger fresh for only 5-6 days, then wrap it in a paper bag or paper towel without peeling.
WRAP IN PAPER TOWEL
Wash and wipe the ginger thoroughly. Then put it in a glass jar and mix lemon juice in it and keep it in the fridge.
ADD LEMON JUCE
Mix vinegar in ginger and keep it in a jar. In this way it can be stored for a long time.
Peel and wash the ginger. Dry its water and keep it in a glass jar. Then pour acetic liquid in that jar and store it in the fridge.
ADD ACETIC LIQUID
If you want to store ginger for a long time, do not peel it or cut it into slices. Due to this they spoil quickly.
DO NOT PEEL OR CUT
If you want to keep ginger safe by cutting it into big pieces, then you can fill it in an air tight container and keep it in the freezer.
